There is no age limit for yoga; one can start practicing yoga at any age as far as one’s current physical health allows. The Asanas that one performs should be within one’s physical abilities. As George Bernard Shaw rightly said, “We don’t stop playing because we grow old. We grow old because we stop playing”. So, let’s bring back the joy of movement and live life to the fullest.
