Dr. Vincent’s spiritual journey started with Yoga Acharya Raman Master in the Gurukul system. Later on, he pursued advanced programmes in various reputed institutions in India like Y.T.I.C (Yoga Therapy Instructors course, and D.Y.N (Diploma in yoga and Naturopathy)- S. Vyasa Yoga University, Y.T.T.C. (Yoga Teacher Training Course,) Swami Sivananda International Yoga Vedanta Centre D.N.Y.S (Diploma in Naturopathy & Yogic Science) All India Nature Cure Federation
Dr. Vincent believes that true education is possible only when one lives close to nature. In the beginning of his academic life, he graduated from Calicut University and thereupon completed M.Sc and Ph.D. in Yoga from Annamalai University. Besides, he also holds a Masters in Psychology from Madras University.
As a voracious reader of ancient scriptures and an insightful academic, he published two research papers in International Research Journals and successfully completed a Doctorate in Yoga, contributing a path-breaking thesis on Surya Namaskar based on Panchamaya Kosha philosophy as prescribed in Taittiriya Upanishad. Furthermore, he has also authored seven books that were well received by the experts and aspirants of yoga, alike. The simplicity of writing, depth of knowledge, and positivity that his books pass on to the readers reflect the personality of Dr. Vincent. His wide clientele consisting of corporate companies, professionals, and students acknowledge his teachings as transformational and life-changing. Now, Dr. Vincent is completely focused on Yuji meditation, a very popular workshop based on traditional yogic practice.
